Harpreet is an experienced primary and secondary school teacher - dedicating fifteen years to enhancing children's education, behaviour and development. She specialises in behaviour management, pastoral care and has excelled in her career working with children from different backgrounds and needs. Alongside this, she has also acquired invaluable knowledge and skills while working with children from the prison system, where the experience of being exposed to extreme behaviours required extensive specialist training. 

Harpreet has a proven track record of teaching, coaching, improving and developing young children both educationally and emotionally. She has also been heavily involved in coaching educational staff in pastoral care, building positive relationships and behaviour management. 

During her long-standing educational career, Harpreet directed a large pastoral team, where she implemented many award-winning initiatives* that reformed the behaviour and wellbeing of children extensively. Harpreet also managed the PSHE and RHE curriculums for a number of years. 

Harpreet has achieved a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and a Post Graduate Certificate of Education in Secondary Education. 

She continues to work in and across schools in the East Midlands area to date.
